Join us at Head of Steam Cardiff for an exclusive, hands-on evening with the team from Vault City Brewing as part of our Summer of Sour series.

You’ll begin with a never-before-released base beer before experimenting with a range of flavours to create your very own sour beer. Along the way, you’ll chat all things fruity, funky and fermented with the brewers behind one of the UK’s most exciting craft breweries.

Whether you’re a seasoned sour fan or simply curious to discover more about the style, this intimate experience is the perfect opportunity to learn, taste and create.
