Welcome to Friends of Steam, our refreshed loyalty card that’s all about giving back… not just with a discount, but with exclusive rewards and tailored perks!

– Perks: Think special event offers, free pints, and seasonal treats, tied to things like Beer Day Britain, National Burger Day, and other key dates in the diary! From tasting nights to birthday surprises, we’ll send you offers we think you’ll love as well as a treat on your birthday!

How It Works…
– Sign Up or Exchange / Bring your current Friends of Steam card into your local Head of Steam in January, show your relevant ID (hospitality/local business/student), and swap it for the 2026 card!
– Cash in on your welcome boost by using your card in January to enjoy a full 25% off throughout the month.
– Enjoy exclusive perks! From February to December, simply show your card at the bar or restaurant to redeem 15% off eligible purchases. Make sure you’re signed up to unlock exclusive “Friends-only” perks all year!
– Stay in the Loop: We’ll let you know about upcoming perks via email!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
Available to active Friends of Steam cardholders – HOSPITALITY/LOCAL BIZ/STUDENTS
Card exchange must be done in venue in January. Valid ID may be required ( payslip, student ID)
Cardholders must be signed up to the mailing list to receive the offers which will be communicated through email.

Discounts
January: 25% off food & drink when using the new card.
February–December: 15% off eligible food & drink.
Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless explicitly stated.
Not redeemable against gift card purchases, set menus, or private hire bookings, unless otherwise stated.

Perks & Offers
Cardholders are eligible for exclusive, time-limited offers throughout the year “Perks”, including free items, event invitations, and seasonal discounts.
Perks are subject to availability and require opt-in via email or SMS.
Certain Perks may be location-specific or limited to particular venues.

Card Use
The card is non-transferable. You must present your physical or digital card at the point of purchase.
Head of Steam reserves the right to refuse the card if misuse is suspected.
The discount is capped at £20 per transaction

Termination
Head of Steam may amend, suspend, or terminate the Friends of Steam programme (or any Perk) at any time, at our discretion.
The 2026 card expires in December 2026.

Communications
By joining or exchanging your card, you consent to receiving marketing communications about offers and Perks.
Your personal data will be used in accordance with the Head of Steam Privacy Policy.
