Pre-authorised Payments message to guest

  • Pre-Authorised Policy – this policy is set out for reservations that have completed a card pre-authorisation.
  • Upon reserving your table, you will be asked to input your card details securely. You will not be charged, this is pre-authorisation to secure your reservation only.

Bookings Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy – this policy is set out for reservations that have completed a card pre-authorisation.
  • If your plans change and you need to cancel ahead of your reservations that’s fine! You’ll just need to let us know before 11am on the day of your reservation, your card will not be charged.
  • In the case that you do not attend your reservation and have not cancelled before 11am on the day of your reservation, your card will be charged to the exact amount noted when you reserved and completed a card pre-authorisation.
  • Head of Steam hold a strict 15 minute policy, in the case you are over 15 minutes late to your reservation, please call the site ahead of time to let them know.
  • Without prior communications regarding being late to your reservation, your card will be charged the pre-authorised amount noted when you made your reservation and your reservation will be cancelled.

Bookings Cancellation Policy – Deposits and Payments for Packages

  • Cancellation Policy – this policy is set out for reservations that have completed a deposit transaction and/or a partial or full payment for any package, food or drinks that have been pre-ordered prior to the reservation
  • If your plans change and you need to cancel ahead of time that’s fine, we will need to know at least 3 days prior to the day of your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and any pre-orders that have been partially or fully paid.
  • In the case that you do not attend your reservation and have not notified us 3 days prior to your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit and any payments made towards your pre-ordered packages, food or drinks.
