At The Head of Steam our bartenders are not just experts on beer. Our qualified beer sommeliers have recently turned their attention to cocktails, using their knowledge, passion and taste buds to create a cocktail menu full of imagination, and flavour, with our very own take on some Old Classics.

Rye whiskey stirred with sweet vermouth and bitters, infused with smoked hickory woodchip.
Vanilla vodka shaken with pink guava, orange juice and passionfruit. Served with a sparkling palate cleanser.
Anejo tequila mixed with tomato juice, Worcester sauce and Tabasco sauce.
RUM OLD FASHIONED
Aged rum stirred with angostura bitters and brown sugar. Served with a sizzling orange peel.
Blood Orange Negroni
Blood orange gin stirred with sweet vermouth, Campari and bitters, infused with essential citrus oils.
Cucumber Elderflower collins
Dry gin, mint and cucumber mixed with elderflower liquor, lemon juice and club soda.
Raspberry vodka mixed with prosecco and cranberry juice.
Blanco tequila shaken with coconut cream and pineapple juice.
Vanilla vodka shaken with cold brew coffee liqueur, fresh espresso and sugar.
Weißbier mixed with raspberry gin, lemon juice and raspberry puree.
American pale ale mixed with aged rum, guava, coconut, lime juice, mint and brown sugar.
